Here is an overview of key projects Aging With Dignity has been
involved with since our founding as a national nonprofit in 1996.
Five Wishes
A living will that allows you to decide -- now -- how you want to be cared for if the
unexpected happens. It is written in plain English and addresses the medical, personal,
emotional, and spiritual needs of a seriously ill person.
Hope Today
Hope Today, a project of Aging With
Dignity, looks to assist seniors and the disabled in need by offering the emotional,
material and spiritual support necessary for them to live with a
continued sense of dignity and self-worth. Hope Today
currently serves North Florida in Wakulla and Franklin counties.

Awakening 2000

Regardless of our diverse faith traditions, there is a consensus that human dignity comes
from God and is worthy of our utmost respect, and this consensus must be celebrated.
