Tips for submitting your photos

We like to see photos of Five Wishes presentations and interactions between your staff, family, friends and the public. We LOVE to see photos that include our NHDD buttons and stickers.

Submissions must be in JPEG (.jpg or .jpeg) digital format, at least 1,600 pixels wide if a horizontal image or 1,600 pixels tall if a vertical image.

By submitting your photo and information, you grant Aging with Dignity your permission to use it in connection with Five Wishes, such as on our website and Facebook page
