Five Wishes 2007 EDITION

Aging with Dignity is pleased to announce that the 2007 Edition of Five Wishes is legally valid in 40 states.  Wisconsin and Vermont are the latest states to be added to the list of states were Five Wishes meets legal requirements.

Five Wishes meets legal requirements in these states (and the District of Columbia):
